POWELL METHOD WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
Brush up on your technique or learn something new! These specialized workshops offer a variety of lessons for any singer. Also, take advantage of discounted products like practice CDs, private lessons, or additional workshop discounts! Advance registration is required to attend the workshops (see deadline below). Members of AEA will receive a $5 cash refund at the door upon presenting a valid AEA card.

NYC: Thursday, July 8th 2:30-3:30pm: BELT BEYOND THE BREAKS: Maximize your vocal potential by learning to belt or strengthening the belt you currently have. Singers can belt higher than the break between chest & head easily and without any strain--come learn how! $25
NYC: Thursday, July 8th 3:30-4:30pm: COMBINING BELT & MIX: Using both the belt & mix techniques, learn to create the ideal contemporary sound. Learn the difference between belt/mix/legit, discover "song mapping", disguise the mix to sound like the belt, round out the contemporary voice with some great tricks & tips. $25
